In your application, please clearly state your identity and contact information and the subject of your request. Your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized upon your request or within the time periods stipulated by law when the reasons requiring processing disappear and legal retention periods expire.

In this context:

• Data that must be retained pursuant to legal regulations is retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation
• If no retention period is stipulated in the relevant legislation, data is retained for the periods determined by our Company and specified in the Personal Data Retention and Destruction Policy
• When the retention period expires, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized by the relevant methods
